How to set up integration
Go to the General settings section in your Ringostat account — Agents and click on the "Add a new agent".
Fill out the form with data on the employee.
Go to the CRM section Setup — Customization — Modules and Fields — Leads — Fields.
Create fields for the source, channel, campaign, keyword, content, and client_ID.
Go to the Ringostat account, Integration — Ready-to-use integrations, and select Zoho CRM.
Activate the integration and click on the "Accept".
After that, you will see a list of users that will upload from Zoho CRM.
Select an employee that you want to be a senior sales rep.
