How does Security in Ringostat actually work?

How do Backup Destinations actually work?

When each call occurs, several operators for each region are conditionally “connected” to the call. In case of a force majeure at the operator through which the call passes, the platform will instantly redirect the call through another one. This will happen unnoticeably for subscribers and will not affect the quality of the call. Information about calls that went through the backup operator will be collected in reports as usual.

How do Limited Open Directions actually work?

Go to the Ringostat personal cabinet, section Virtual PBX — Outgoing settings — SIP accounts. Select the accounts of those employees for whom you want to limit the number of simultaneously open lines. Click on the pencil sign next to the SIP account, and scroll to the “Number of lines for outgoing calls” block in the opened menu. Here, you can specify any number, but it is better if it does not exceed 5.

How does OAuth Authorization actually work?

For example, OAuth authorization is used in Ringostat when integrating with Salesforce CRM. You do not need to log in to this CRM system when connecting the integration. It is enough to select it in the Ringostat marketplace, go to the integration settings page and click “Activate”. Thanks to OAuth, an authorization window in the CRM system will pop up on top of the Ringostat personal cabinet. After entering your login and password, the integration will be activated.
